FENCE WITH CRASH RATED BARRIER AND ASSOCIATED WORKS
Location: SWCC YANBU POWER & DESALINATION PLANT PHASE 3
For Sepco, we are working on thec onstruction and installation of HCIS directive 2017 version RWM (Regid Welded Mesh) Fence and a Crash Rated Barrier (M-50 Pl tested). Total length of the fence project amounts to an extensive 1720M scope 1 arid 1231M scope 2(total 3000M) and 1720M and 1 050M (total 2900M) of the crash rated barrier project.
The scope 1 project is expected to be completed by April 2021 and the schedule for scope 2 is as of yet not finalized The material for both the fence and anti crash barrier is being sourced from BRC Company and the manpower is hired from judur Contracting.

HIGHWAY FENCING
Highway fence is made from high tension wire and square hollow or round tubes posts: They are divided into three different types as follows:
- Median Areas Fence.
- Right of Way Fence for Rural Areas 9 Lines.
- Right of Way Fence for Agricultural
- Areas 14 Lines.
WELDED MESH FENCE
Welded wire mesh fence is a steel fence consisting of wires electrically welded together to form a high strength mesh. The fencing is available in two formats:
Rolled mesh and rigidmesh.
The system has proven popular, and is now featured as a first choice on a wide number of projects from construction, civil, utilities works and in temporary works capacity with the likes of Heras Ready Fence and FenceSafe.
Welded wire mesh fences are used predominantly as high security barriers where visibility through the fence is necessary or desirable.
Welded wire mesh can be hot dip galvanized or powder coated.
Welded Mesh Rolls : The rolls Produced are Up to 20 meters in Length. Normally used for Animal Shelter & Floor Molding
RAZOR WIRE BARRIERS (CONCERTINA)
RAZOR WIRE BARRIERS ARE USED AS A PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL BARRIER AGAINST TRESPASSING AND IS IDEAL FOR PREVENTING OR DELAYING AN INTRUDER FROM GAINING ACCESS THROUGH A FENCE. THEY ARE MORE DIffiCULT TO TAMPER WITH AND PROVIDE MAXIMUM SECURITY. AVAILABLE SIZES & BLADE TYPE : 450 MM , 730 MM , 980 MM GALVANIZED BTO-22 & 600 MM STAINLESS STEEL CBT-65
BARBEDWIRE
Hot dip galvanized barbed wire is IOWA type 2.5mm (2 ply) with 2mm 4 pointed Barbed at 75mm, 100mm and 125mm centers. Barbed wire can also be made from Bonded PVC coated material 2.0mm outside diameter and 1.6mm diameter corewire. Barbed wire could be used on top of the fence for security purposes and for barbed wire fences. It is suitable for Industries, agriculture, animal fencing, dwelling home etc. Barbed wire is packed in coils as per customerrequirement. Barbed wire complies with ASTM A 121 specificaiton. Any other specifications are available on request.
PVCWIRES:
PVC Extruded wires are manufactured to meet the American, British and SaudiSpecifications. Specifications covers AASHTO M181 (Specific gravity D792 Hardness ASTM D2240, and accelerated aging ASTM D1499) and BS1722. The inside steel core if galvanized weight 92g/m2 up to 366g/m2 is according to American Standard ASTM A641, A392, the British Standard BS1052, BS4102 and BS443 and Japanese Standard JIS3532 Class I,II. BRC manufactures rolls of weight between 500 to 1000 Kg each and on request. Our quality procedures are to keep a close watch at every stage of the manufacturing cycle. Our roll special packing is inside weld mesh for smooth running of the chain link and outside covered by Black Corex sheets for long life storage and protection.
GATES
NIE offer a variety of gate style in chain link infill as well as hollow section infill, it is able to manufacture bolted or welded construction gates single/double leaf. Generally hot dip galvanized or PVC coated:
